Last week, a video from WinBeta leaked up on the internet which shows off the Unreleased and Un Leaked Windows 10 PC build 10120 .
This build shows a number of changes including the Dark Themed Cortana which can open apps .
Project Spartan shows up some new features like showing up history, InPrivate Browsing and some new icons, etc and jumps to Version 13.10123.0.0 .
