OnePlus 2 could sport 4 GB of RAM thanks to GeekBench3 score

It seems that everyday some new OnePlus 2 news surfaces. Whether it is intentionally from the OnePlus camp to get their name and new device out there or accidental, information keeps bubbling up. Today, the newest info suggests that a variant of the OnePlus 2 could be packing some serious power.

Thanks to a GeekBench3 score, it shows off a device with the name ‘Spring ONE A2003′. The device is running the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 810 v2.1 processor under-clocked at 1.55 GHz. This could be OnePlus’ strategy to stay away from the overheating madness. The interesting part is that the device is packing 4 GB of RAM.

Earlier today, Droid-Life spotted three OnePlus 2 variants that showed up at Bluetooth SIG with the model numbers A2001, A2003, A2005. The A2001 has already been benchmarked with 3 GB of RAM so it is only a matter of time before the A2005 gets benchmarked.

Remember, once July 27th rolls around, all this information will make sense as the OnePlus 2 will be debuted in virtual reality. Until then, we’ll be sure to have your OnePlus fever covered.
