A new leak of the specifications on the upcoming Galaxy Note 4 have popped up on the internet, courtesy of an Indonesian retailer. They have put up a spec page on their website regarding the new Samsung phablet.

  • 5.7-inch 2560×1440 Super AMOLED display
  • 2.5GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 or octa-core Exynos 5433
  • 16 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization
  • 4GB of RAM
  • 32GB of storage
  • microSD slot with support for cards up to 128GB
  • Android 4.4.3

  • It seems as Samsung well retain the same 16 megapixel camera while adding OIS. Previously it was reported Samsung would drop it down to 12 megapixels to add the OIS.

Another key feature is the expected 4GB of RAM. Rumors originally speculated that it would retain the 3GB of RAM found on the Note 3, but that is not the case. The Note 4 we will be the first phone to feature this much virtual memory.

Samsung is going the extra mile to distance itself from Apple, and these specs will definitely help. When September 3rd rolls around, this will be one of the most powerful phones to ever hit the market.
