When people think of “High-end” phones the first thing that comes to peoples mind are the big leagues (LG,HTC,Apple,Samsung, Etc.) But this is where everything is changed. Meizu a China based phone manufacturer released the Meizu MX4, this phone was made to compete with the big league. Snapdragon 805? Not to Meizu, the MX4 is equipped with Mediateks new MT6595 chip which is made of a Quad-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A17 and quad-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7 combined together being pared with a PowerVR H6200MP4 GPU.

No, this is not an iPhone

At first glance it looks like an iPhone 6 plus with that single round home button and the metallic finish on the side. It may be lacking originality on the cosmetics department but still impressive on the hardware.

SPECS:

5.36 inches (~418 ppi) IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen, Corning Gorilla Glass 3
MediaTek MT6595 Quad-core 2.2 GHz Cortex-A17 & quad-core 1.7 GHz Cortex-A7
2 GB Ram
16 GB Storage
20.7 MP  5248 х 3936 pixels, autofocus, LED flash
2 MP, 1080p@30fps
Non-removable 3100 mAh battery

This Monster was able to score a whopping 51,000+ on the AnTuTu benchmark app that was never heard of! No wonder it’s running out of stock in the online market. This phone is priced at $490 for the 16GB variant. Sooner or later this will be making noise on the tech ccommunity So will you be interested in getting one? what do you think about the Meizu MX4?
