We already have a pretty good idea of what to expect on the upcoming Pixel 2, courtesy of a few leaks and image renders. Evan Blass showed off the first image of the next-gen Pixel device and a user on Reddit took the image and made up some renders (seen above and below). Today, some more hands on images have surfaced.
The images reassure what we already know about the smaller 2017 Pixel device: it will have dual front-facing speakers and no 3.5mm headphone jack. While we have a pretty good idea as to the design will be, the official spec list still alludes us.
The Pixel 2 is expected to come with at least the Snapdragon 835 processor, with the Snapdragon 836 being rumored. This would be similar to last year’s Pixels coming with the Snapdragon 821 instead of the Snapdragon 820 processor. It will most likely feature a FHD 5 inch display, 4GB of RAM, and will sport HTC’s squeezable technology. The device is expected to be debuted in October.
