The Galaxy Note 5 might be in for a design change come with September. While the edge display first debuted on the Galaxy Note Edge, it seems as if the Galaxy S6 edge has perfected it and taken in all the spotlight . This could lead to Samsung employing a dual-edge variant of the upcoming Galaxy Note 5.
According to Roh Tae-moon, an executive vice president of Samsung’s product strategy team, “There is a possibility that Samsung will introduce the curved display for the Galaxy Note lineup.”
With how much praise the Galaxy S6 edge is getting, it is only a matter of time before Samsung gives the Note the same dual treatment. At the end of they day, it will all depend on sales. If the S6 edge does well and holds its own against its flat brother, the S6, we could be looking at a Galaxy Note 5 edge come September.
