Here’s what an even slimmer bezeled Galaxy S9 could like

Even though we are still a month out of 2018, that hasn’t stopped the Galaxy S9 rumors from coming out. The latest rumors have Samsung ahead of schedule, preparing to possibly show off the Galaxy S9 duo at CES 2018. We know that the devices won’t feature a radical redesign, but that doesn’t mean the design won’t change at all.

Recently, a rumor from SamMobile has the devices’ screen to body ratio approaching 90%. To give perspective, the current Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ have a screen to body ratio of around 84%. Also, it is worth noting that the iPhone X has a screen to body ratio of around 83%, so the S9 would top it handily. A six percent increase is quite a lot and it might be hard to picture. Benjamin Geskin (@VenyaGeskin1), our favorite concept creator, has created a render of what the Galaxy S9 could look like.

According to previous info we’ve posted, the devices will feature a re-positioned fingerprint sensor. This render shows off how Samsung could implement it. It would essentially be a vertical implementation of the Note8’s camera. Aside from the slimmed down bezels on the top and bottom, re-positioned rear setup, not much else expected to change design wise. That means button placement and overall shape will remain the same.

What are your thoughts on these concepts of the S9? Be sure to let us know in the comments down below.
