The day has finally come for Android fans. Once a year, Google releases its updated operating system alongside some tasty treats such as new devices. Almost a year ago, Google debuted the largest Nexus device to date with the Motorola-made Nexus 6. This year, The Google Nexus family will grow by two: one made by LG and one made by Huawei. Fortunately the Google Nexus event will be live streamed. We’ve included the link below.

Along with debuting the two new Nexus smartphones, Google is also expected to announce the successor to the popular streaming device, Chromecast. Leaks have been slim, but there is no better day for Google to announce it. A new tablet/Chromebook is also expected to debut. To top it off, it will be the official launch of Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Most devices are expected to be up for pre-order following the event, but supplies are sure to be limited. We recommend to get your Google Wallet all situated and taken care of if you plan to buy any device on the Google Store today.
