The Saygus V2 was first introduced to the world this earlier this month at CES 2015. It created quite a stir because it packed a Snapdragon 801 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 64 GB of ROM, and have up to 320 GB of total storage thanks to dual microSD card slots. To top off all those awesome specs, the device comes out of the box rooted and features a 3,100 mAh battery.

As of today, you can pre-register to buy the Saygus V2. Pre-orders were originally supposed to start today, but since they received such high-demand, they extended the registration out until February 2nd at 11:59 AM MST. With all of these high end specs, you would normally expect a high price-point, but that isn’t the case with the Saygus V2.

As promised, Saygus stated that their V2 smartphone would be priced a few hundred dollars less than flagships from Samsung, LG, HTC, etc. It was announced that the Saygus V2 will come in at $549 price tag, for those who pre-register within the window mentioned above. If you miss the pre-registration window, the cost will jump up to $599.
