Samsung has been one of the strong supporters of enlarged screens, making 5 inches a standard on today’s smartphones. Samsung has released the ‘S’ series with an average of a 5 inch screen, and the Note series averaging around a 5.7 inch display. Samsung has also made a point to increase the screen size on their near tablet Galaxy Mega series.
The first set of Galaxy Mega’s came in a 5.8 and 6.3 inch variants. Their successor is now coming with a 6 inch display. The latest details surrounding this monster phone have leaked, and it includes a 720p display, 2800 mAh battery (same size as the S5), and 1.5GB of RAM. This is definitely not a performance based device, but its selling point is the screen size. The specs can be seen below in this image.
