The upcoming smartwatch from LG, which is the successor of the LG G Watch, is coming to the market this month, Yesterday (October 6th) LG posted on their official South Korean social media site, the LG G Watch R will launch on October 14.
The G Watch R is one of the most highly-anticipated smartwatches debuting this year, sharing most of the spotlight with the Moto 360. The reason these two smartwaches are drawing the most attention, is due to their round displays. Up until IFA 2014, all previous iterations of the smartwatch have had a square display/watch face. This didn’t help the aesthetics of the devices, nor the demand from consumers.
