HTC One M9

After the highly-anticipated debut  of the HTC One M9 at Mobile World Congress on March 1st, all has been quiet on the HTC front… until now. Although HTC may have been beat out by Samsung at the MWC awards, it will be beat Samsung to the market. According to ePrice, the HTC One M9 will be release in HTC’s home country, Taiwan, on March 16th.

There will be two variants of the HTC One M9, one with 32 GB of storage and one with 64 GB of storage. The former will cost 21,900 TWD and the latter will cost 23,900 TWD. That comes to about $691 for 32 GB and $754 for the 64 GB option. Phone manufacturers tend to round down for US launches due to the carrier aspect, so expect $650 and $700 respectively.

It is rumored that a March 23rd release for US carriers and internationally is expected. This would fit in the same time frame as the HTC One M8, as it was released on March 25th. Nothing is confirmed as of now, but will be sure to have you covered.

For a refresher on the HTC One M9, it will ship with 3 GB of RAM backed by an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 5 inch 1080p display, and an all-metal unibody. To top off those massive specs comes a huge 20 megapixel camera. The One M9 will ship with 5 times the megapixels than the One M8 on the rear-facing camera. It will ship with Android Lollipop and is expected to be running the latest 5.1 update.
