This device is mainly focused for selfie lovers as it packs a 5 MP front camera with Lumia Selfie app pre-installed. Its a Dual Sim 3G smartphone and has a 5-inch 720p display and 1 GB RAM.

The specs of the phone are pretty descent for its price range but the question is Is it worth the price?
Well, Not really as you can get a better processor, 1080p Video Recording, free Microsoft Office 365 Subscription for 1 year etc. for a lesser price tag of INR 9,999 (approx.157 USD) if you go for its sibling Lumia 640, which was also recently launched in India and is exclusively available on flipkart here. So, if you’re living in India and looking to buy a budget device with descent specifications and if you’re not a “Selfie lover” then buy the Lumia 640, which packs a 0.9 MP HD front camera but if you’re a Selfie addict and can’t manage with 0.9 MP HD front camera then get the Lumia 540.
VERDICT : If you’re ready to manage your Instagram and facebook with 0.9 MP HD front camera then Lumia 640 is one of the best in market.
