OPPO has quietly announced their next flagship device, and it comes with a bit of a surprise. The long-awaited and heavily leaked OPPO R7 also has an R7 Plus variant which comes with a larger display. It will sport the same aesthetics, just in a larger package.
That means both the OPPO R7 and R7 Plus will still have the amazing 2.5D glass with the edge-to-edge display. They will also both employ a full unibody design which is made up of metal with a fingerprint sensor on the back the devices below the camera.
Aside from the obvious difference in size, the R7 will be the first OPPO phone to have sport on-screen navigation keys, unlike its smaller sibling that has capactive keys. The exact specifications of these phones are unknown at this point, but the smaller OPPO R7 should have a .5.2 inch display. The R7 Plus should range between 5.7 and 6 inches.
Both devices are expected to see their officially debut on May 20th in Beijing, China. That’s where all the press will get their hands on the devices.
