If you are a fan or a follower of Marques Brownlee, also known as MKBHD, you would know that he has teamed up with OnePlus to promote the all new OnePlus 2. They both have been employing the hashtag #HYPE throughout social media and videos. Just yesterday, MKBHD posted a few videos on his Snapchat account (MKBHD) of him unboxing the 2.
It doesn’t reveal the device at all, but it does show off the highly-anticipated USB Type-C charging cable and the OnePlus 2 wrapped in bubble wrap. In case you missed it, you can watch the video above.
Now he is at it again, teasing us some more with his OnePlus 2. This morning on his Google+ page, he posted a single picture overlooking New York City which was taken with the OnePlus 2. The image shows a camera that is excellent at focus on certain objects. I would assume that the 2 has the ability for a ‘Pro’ mode that allows for manual focus, ISO, exposure, etc.
A few things we learn from the details on Google+ is that the device will employ 13 megapixel camera and an f/2.0 aperture. That is of course, unless Marques used a cropped sensor and the device allows the changing of the aperture size. We won’t know for sure until the announcement on July 27th.
