Samsung galaxy Note 5

News and rumors continue to trickle in about the upcoming Samsung phablet, the Galaxy Note 5. It is shaping up to be one of the most highly-anticipated devices of the year. What we know so far is that it will continue where the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge left with a metal chassis and glass flanking the front and back.

Most recently, thanks to SamMobile, we know that the Galaxy Note 5 will pack 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM. On top of that, it will feature the latest Exynos 7422 processor which combines the CPU, GPU, RAM, and LTE modem all in the same package. Judging from the information so far, the Galaxy Note 5 will be one of the most powerful phones we have ever seen to date.

As a refresher, the Note 5 will come with a 5.67 inch QHD AMOLED display, S-Pen, and will support wireless charging natively. It is expected to be launched just before IFA 2015 in Berlin, but rumors keep popping up that it is headed for an August release to beat out the iPhone 6s Plus.
