I have an s6 edge and I was wanting to turn off the HD voice but when I go to my settings, the option isn’t there at all.. I have an AT&T one. Anything would help. Thanks.

If looking for the settings option

Go to applications, device manager, phone, select option to turn off VOLTE…tmobile only

Surprisingly, this also allows you to send a picture message with text as part of one message. Tmobile tech support wasn’t even unaware of this.

In reply to Natalie. When you go to your dialer, press more at the top right to open the menu, press settings. It should be the second one down in Call settings. At least, that is how it is on my Galaxy Note 5.

In reply to Matt Kinne. I'm also having the same problem. I bought my S6 about two weeks ago from T-Mobile and it just isn't there. Maybe there was an update? Even a search in the Settings screen doesn't bring it up.

Hi guys, regarding the capacitive buttons, you can always just put it in power save mode when you’re in the dark. It turns off capacitive buttons, and allows you to dim the screen past zero. Just a suggestion

In reply to Terry. I have found out that it isn't different from the T-Mobile model. It might be in your settings under Advanced calling. Not too sure though, I've only messed with a few Verizon phones.

I have the S6 Edge from Verizon.
I don’t see what you suggested on my phone.
Do you have any information that will be helpful to me.
Really I’ve had my phone since June. 2015 and just this week ( Oct 2015) I’ve started experiencing this problem.

Thanks for your concern Steve! I definitely did own the device, as you can tell by the screenshots!

Also, the battery percentage in the battery icon is an alternative to the default, as it saves space in the notification panel.

As for the capacitive button light duration, Samsung did not include that on the S6/S6ee, even though it was on previous Galaxy S devices.

The S6 does have settings for both the capactive button duration (Settings, Device, Display, Touch key light duration) and showing battery percentage at the top of the screen (Settings, System, Battery, Display Battery Percentage).

If your going to make a review in any type about anything maybe you should get one and look through it first and actually try for yourself.
